Reconnect with how you want to feel, function, and live.
Enrollment is CLOSED.
What Sets Us Apart
We believe meaningful change happens
when knowledge is embodied.
We integrate somatic wellness, physician-led education on metabolic health & lifestyle medicine, ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, and creative expression. We empower you in understanding your body, listening to it, and reconnecting with the way you want to live.

About The Experience
The Body as Teacher is an educational and embodied experience for adults seeking a deeper relationship with their bodies, nourishment, energy, and daily rhythms.
Through gentle somatic practices, reflective writing, physician-led education, Ayurvedic wisdom, and creative expression with clay, you'll be invited to slow down and pay attention— to what you're feeling, what your body may be communicating, and how your everyday choices shape the way you feel and live.
Rather than simply learning what to do, you'll explore how to listen, respond, and cultivate a more conscious relationship with the body you inhabit.

Embodiment

Ayurvedic Wisdom
We explore Ayurvedic practices on nourishment, rhythm, and living in relationship with the body and environment—ancient wisdom that continues to support wellbeing.
Creative Expression
At Studio Norae, we use clay as creative expression and integration of our experience—giving form to what can't always be expressed with words alone.
